Source LocationOptional. Add a URL, file path, document name, meeting date, or any place where the original source can be found later.External SourceOptional. Name the source system, for example: manual, Notion, Google Drive, Telegram, YouTube, or client_email.External Source IDOptional. Add the original item ID from that system if one exists. Leave this empty for normal manual notes.
